The Program consists of 3 Sessions, each lasting 1 Hour.
They work best when there are 3-5 Days in between each Session.
When you sign up, you can choose the first date. After the Session ends, you can schedule another one.
In your own time between the Sessions, you will be asked to do the exercises we have practiced during the Session.
After the Program ends, you can still contact me via email, whenever you have any questions.
The Sessions are held via an Online Voice Call, through WhatsApp.
Throughout the duration of the program, you can contact me via email if you need any additional support.
At the beginning, you will be provided with Handouts you can use during the Sessions. Later, you will receive Program Notes for future reference.
Day 1: Theory on emotions, interactive exercises, and a daily assignment to identify emotions.
Day 2: Address emotional abandonment, step-by-step process review, and exercises to support desired emotional states.
Day 3: Debrief, process practice, focusing on changing negative beliefs and meeting needs, with optional follow-up support.

1. What is emotional literacy, and why is it important?
Emotional literacy involves understanding and effectively managing emotions. It’s essential for achieving personal growth, better decision-making, and healthier relationships.
2. Who can benefit from this program?
This program is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their emotional awareness, heal from past wounds, or improve their emotional regulation skills.
3. How is the program structured?
The program consists of personalized 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. It includes practical exercises, meditation techniques, and reflective practices.
After the Free Introduction Call, you’ll be able to book the 1st 1-Hour Session, during which you’ll be introduced to the first concepts and the Emotional Literacy technique. We’ll do it together so that you can experience how it works in practice. Then, you’ll be encouraged to practice it on your own for 3-5 days.
In the 2nd 1-Hour Session, we will deepen your knowledge and practice next-level techniques. Again, you’ll be encouraged to practice it on your own for 3-5 days.
During the last 1-Hour Session, we’ll discuss your process, clarify any questions you might have, and solidify your new skills so that you can fully internalize them and confidently use them in the future.
Depending on your preference, you can book all 3 Sessions together right after the Introduction Call, or you can book the next one after the previous one is finished.
4. What makes your coaching program different from other emotional wellness programs?
My program offers emotional literacy training dedicated specifically to people with CPTSD who have experienced narcissistic abuse. It involves a unique reparenting approach, combining psychoeducational content, client-centered coaching, and ongoing support to facilitate deep emotional healing and growth.
5. How long does the program last?
The duration of the program can be customized based on individual needs, but it typically involves three 1-Hour sessions spread over three separate days, with a couple of days in between for practicing on your own.
However, if you would be highly motivated to combine the Sessions and have 2 or 3 on the same day or have all 3 of them over consecutive days, we can discuss during the Introduction Call what would be the most effective thing to do.
6. What kind of support can I expect during the program?
Participants receive continuous coaching support via email, including the opportunity for check-ins and ongoing access to program resources and tools.
7. How do I get started with the program?

8. Is there a possibility for a trial session?
You can book a Free 15-minute Introduction Call to help you determine if the program is the right fit for you.
