I’ll suggest practical strategies such as having an exit plan, collaborating with a trusted friend, and maintaining strategies on hand for potential escape.
We’ll identify additional skills that might enhance coping mechanisms in challenging situations.
I’ll introduce you to basic preventative tools that minimize the possibility that the emotional flashback would occur.

This program is designed for individuals who have experienced past trauma of emotional, childhood, and narcissistic abuse and/or neglect, and are looking to reduce the impact of emotional flashbacks on their daily lives. Each coaching session provides a supportive environment to explore your experiences, gain insights, and develop coping strategies. You’ll engage in guided discussions, reflective exercises, and action planning tailored to your personal journey.
4. How long does the program last, and how often are sessions held?
Typically, the program consists of Four 1-Hour Sessions, held over 4 consecutive days, or Two 2-Hours Sessions held over 2 consecutive days. However, we can customize the schedule to fit your needs and pace.
5. Is the coaching conducted online or in-person?
I offer online sessions via secure Voice Calls held over Zoom or WhatsApp.
